Triphala Capsules 60 pcs

Triphala means “three fruits”, and the capsules contain equal parts of organic amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki fruits – a combination known in Ayurveda as a traditional formula for supporting digestion and gentle internal cleansing.

According to Ayurvedic texts, triphala is traditionally used to support bowel function and metabolism. It is also rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.

Ingredients: amalaki fruit (Phyllanthus emblica) 150 mg, bibhitaki fruit (Terminalia bellirica) 150 mg, haritaki fruit (Terminalia chebula) 150 mg: extract standardised to 40% tannins (DER 6:1) 450 mg, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Net content: 27 g (1 capsule 450 mg)

Contains no flavourings, colourings, sugar, sweeteners, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, preservatives, gelatine or soda.

Directions: adults, 1 capsule daily for 8–10 weeks, 30 minutes after a meal. Results may vary depending on age, sex, health and diet. This product can be used for a longer period.
