Even if you are gluten intolerant, you can still enjoy oat flakes with confidence. With our Bauck oat flakes we guarantee that they are gluten-free. Together with our farming partners we make sure that only oats grow in the fields during cultivation. As a pure grain, oats are naturally gluten-free. After harvest they go to our gluten-free Bauck mill, where the sturdy grain is turned into fine, gluten-free oat flakes – ideal for muesli and patties.
