Black Seed Oil 100 ml

Black seed oil has been valued in traditional folk use for centuries.

Black seed oil contains unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic, oleic, palmitic, eicosenoic, stearic and alpha-linolenic acid, as well as phospholipids, 15 amino acids, carotenoids, vitamins E, D, C and B (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9), and various macro- and trace elements (potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, iron, zinc, copper, selenium, etc.).

In addition, the oil is rich in omega-9, omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids.

Black seed oil contains natural antioxidants and thymoquinone. In folk tradition, it has been used to support the body’s natural defences and general well-being.

Use:

on its own, or added to salads and other cold starters. Also suitable for external use.
