Sweet almond oil is obtained from the dried fruit of the almond tree and has been used in body care in Greece and Italy for thousands of years.

Directions

For the skin:

For the hair:

Apply sweet almond oil to damp hair and scalp, massaging gently. Leave on for 30 minutes up to overnight, then wash your hair with shampoo.
