Priméal Buckwheat Flakes 350g

These flakes are obtained after steamcooking organic wholegrain buckwheat seeds. Good for a healthy porridge, a perfect addition to muesli or making cookies.

Directions: Boil 1 volume of flakes with 3 volumes of liquid and let steep 3 minutes covered.
