DIRECTIONS

With liquid, preferably on an empty stomach, or with a light meal if needed. Avoid foods high in calcium at the same time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet! A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children.

For children under 12, use the Children’s Iron Syrup or Iron 30 mg tablets (crushed if necessary).

According to new research, iron absorption from a single dose is more effective when iron is taken every other day as a single dose. Taking it every other day is especially recommended for people with inflammatory bowel conditions.
