• Calendula has traditionally been used to care for skin exposed to sun, cold, wind and minor everyday irritations.
• Calendula is rich in carotenoids, flavonoids and terpenes, which give it its soothing, skin-caring character.
• Fast-absorbing grape seed oil moisturises, softens and helps slow the visible signs of ageing.
• The polyunsaturated fatty acids in rapeseed oil support the skin’s own ceramides and collagen and thereby help maintain the skin’s healthy structure. The natural vitamin E in rapeseed oil is an antioxidant that is beneficial for the skin.

In cosmetics, calendula is especially valued for quickly giving the skin a plumper, firmer look. This is due to increased skin hydration, i.e. the binding of water.
