Designed to support your overall digestion, these digestive enzymes contain Digezyme®, an innovative and patented enzyme complex. The Digezyme® complex contains five different active enzymes: amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase.

In addition, Ecosh digestive enzymes contain artichoke, which supports digestion and intestinal function, and bromelain, an enzyme obtained from pineapple that breaks down proteins.

Digezyme® is a patented complex containing five different active enzymes – amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase. Artichoke helps support digestion and normal intestinal function. Bromelain is a natural active enzyme obtained from pineapple.

Why are enzymes important?

Enzymes are proteins that help break down nutrients. Heat treatment of food destroys enzymes – they start to break down at temperatures of around 48 degrees, so heavily processed ready meals contain practically no enzymes.

When might you consider extra enzymes?

With a diet high in processed and cooked foods,
when fresh and varied food is lacking,
if heavy or rich meals leave you feeling uncomfortable,
with age, as the body’s own enzyme production naturally changes.

INGREDIENTS: Digezyme® enzyme blend (alpha-amylase, neutral protease, lactase, lipase, cellulase, maltodextrin from maize); bromelain (source: pineapple Ananas comosus); plant-based capsule (stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaf powder.

DIRECTIONS: One capsule at a time before meals, up to 3 times a day.
