Bauckhof oatmeal 1kg, glutenfree

May be prepare dwith milk, water or milk substitute. No salt or sweeteners, no milk,  gluten-free. Whole-grain product.

Ingredients: 100% oatmeal.

Prepare instruction: Pour 50g of oat flakes in a pot, add 350 ml of water or milk (or mix of milk and water), then add little salt. Boil about 4–5minutes, stirring occasionally.

Gluten-free, whole grain oats, vegan, without milk, no added sugar or salt, high fiber content, soy-free, low GI.
