A tea blend of vigorous Vigala plants that give strength to body and soul.

Ingredients: blackcurrant leaf, cornflower, calendula, peppermint, red clover, common mallow, wild thyme

Preparation:

Pour 1 glass of boiling water over 1–2 tsp of the tea blend, let steep for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain.

Other uses: season meat, vegetable, grain, egg and fish dishes.

Storage: at room temperature, protected from light and moisture.
