The natural isotonic nose and throat spray Värska Tsilgakõnõ contains mineral water from Värska borehole no. 6, mixed with fresh groundwater to achieve the salinity typical of a physiological solution, on average 0.9%.

This preservative-free, isotonic, non-sterilised natural liquid is intended for moisturising the mucous membranes of the nose and throat when the air is dry, and for removing foreign particles (viruses, bacteria, dust, pollen and other allergens) and crusts from the mucous membranes, at the same time easing a blocked nose and throat irritation.

Thins nasal secretions during a runny nose and makes blowing the nose easier.

The saline solution helps ease the unpleasant upper respiratory symptoms that accompany allergies and colds and helps keep the mucous membranes of the nose, mouth and throat clean.

Recommended for cleaning the nasal cavity before administering medicines.

For children from 6 months and adults. No harmful side effects. Can be used for daily nasal hygiene over a longer period.

Instructions for use

1 For spraying into the nose and/or throat only.

2 Remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle and the white clip under the nozzle.

3 Carefully place the nozzle into the nostril or direct it towards the throat as needed.

4 Press the nozzle.

Children aged 6 months – 6 years: 1 spray into each nostril or 1–2 sprays into the throat up to 4 times a day.
Children over 6 years and adults (incl. pregnant and breastfeeding women): 1–2 sprays into each nostril or 1–2 sprays into the throat every few hours.
5 Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use.

List of ingredients

100% natural Värska Tsilgakõnõ contains 50% natural mineral water enriched with trace elements (B, Fe, Mn, Li, Sr, Ba) from Värska borehole 6 (cadastral no. 4613) at a depth of 595 m and 50% fresh groundwater (borehole opening the Middle Devonian aquifer complex, cadastral no. 11200). The mineral content of the solution is on average 0.9 g per 100 ml.

Warnings and precautions

Do not use the device if you are hypersensitive to any of its ingredients. To avoid the risk of infection, the bottle is intended for individual use. Avoid spraying into the eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature, preferably protected from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging: medical device, 30 ml bottle with pump spray.

The bottle has an antibacterial pump system that prevents germs from entering throughout the period of use. Shelf life 36 months. Use within 12 months after first opening.
