Samahan is a warming Ayurvedic herbal drink, traditionally enjoyed in the cold season.

Samahan is a 100% natural, authentic herbal drink made from 14 trusted Ayurvedic plant ingredients that have traditionally been used for centuries to support health and well-being. These Ayurvedic herbs have traditionally been used during the cold season. It can be enjoyed with hot water, tea or coffee.

How to prepare

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water or add to tea. Add milk or cream for a milder taste. Add honey or lemon if you like. The drink can also be enjoyed cold as a tasty herbal drink.

INCI: Piper nigrum (black pepper – fruit), Piper longum (long pepper – fruit), Cuminum cyminum (cumin – seed), Zingiber officinale (ginger – rhizome), Solanum xanthocarpum (whole plant), Premna herbacea (root), Alpinia galanga (galangal – rhizome), Hedyotis corymbosa (whole plant), Evolvulus alsinoides (whole plant), Carum copticum (seed), Coriandrum sativum (coriander – seed), Coscinium fenestratum (stem), Glycyrrhiza glabra (liquorice – root), Adhatoda vasica (root), sugar cane.

Use

Dissolve 1–2 sachets in a glass of hot water. Up to 3–4 sachets a day are recommended, depending on need.
