The millstones at Loona farm grind slowly, preserving the vitamins and minerals in the flour so that it has a soft texture and the best possible qualities.

No additives are used.

To keep the products always fresh, flours and flakes are made to order in small batches.

It is important that the journey from grain to flour is as short as possible, because the less grain is processed before it goes into the oven or porridge pot, the better.

The grain comes from local organic family farms – this way we support a cleaner local environment and keep alive the old tradition of family farms that is in danger of disappearing.
