The tea grows in the mild tropical climate of Yunnan Province in Southern China. Its characteristic reddish-brown colour is obtained through a special fermentation process, which also lends the tea its fine, smoky aroma.
Bring water to the boil, leave to cool for about ten minutes and pour over 1 teabag per cup. Allow to brew for about 3 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
