Purified Mumijo (Shilajit) 200 mg N60

Food supplement. Mumijo naturally contains fulvic acid and a wide range of organic and mineral substances. In folk tradition it has been valued as a strengthening natural product that gives energy and vitality.

1 tablet contains 100% purified mumijo. A 1-month course is recommended: adults take 2 tablets daily with a meal. For everyday use, add 1/4 tablet to a 0.5 l bottle of drinking water, shake until dissolved and drink throughout the day.

About mumijo:

Mumijo is a mountain resin, also known as mountain balsam, collected in the mountains of Central Asia; its formation is still not fully understood. It contains both inorganic and organic substances. Pure mumijo is a black or dark brown substance that dissolves completely in water. It has a long history of use in the folk traditions of Central Asia.

For use, mumijo is dissolved in warm water or mixed with honey and taken internally, no more than 0.2 grams per day.

People with diabetes, heart conditions or other chronic conditions who take medication should consult a doctor before use, as medicines and mumijo may interact unexpectedly.

A mumijo solution (1 pack in 0.5 l of water) can also be applied to the skin a couple of times a day to refresh it.

Contraindications: Individual intolerance to any of the product’s components.
