High-purity BCAA amino acids in powder form (leucine, isoleucine, valine) in a 2:1:1 ratio. Dissolves easily; suitable before or after training.

Leucine, isoleucine and valine are three essential amino acids, together known as BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids).

• Leucine – an amino acid involved in muscle protein synthesis.
• Isoleucine – involved in energy production and muscle metabolism.
• Valine – involved in muscle metabolism and energy turnover and works together with leucine and isoleucine.

Use

Mix 1 tsp of powder with about 2 dl of liquid and consume before or after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Can be taken before, during or immediately after physical exercise.
