Long-grain rice with nutty flavour
Naturally coloured red grain. This variety was discovered by chance in Camargue region in France where it began to grow spontaneously. It was then isolated by rice farmers.
Directions for use: Wash the rice in cold water and drain. Pour into a large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook about 30 to 40 minutes. Drain and serve.
