These gluten free quinoa flakes can be used for breakfast (cream, muesli) or to thicken a soup, a stuffing, veggie burger/galette, etc. Quinoa has a light, fluffy texture when cooked, and its mild, slightly nutty flavor makes it an alternative to white rice or couscous.
Cooking instructions: Bring to boil 1 volume of flakes with 3 volumes of water. Let swell for 3 minutes, covered.
