Nôgel Iron Syrup for Children with Orange and Pear, from 6 Months

Nôgel children’s iron syrup is suitable for the whole family from 6 months of age. In Nôgel iron supplements, iron is in the well-absorbed and better-tolerated form of ferrous bisglycinate. Thanks to its high bioavailability, iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate is effective at half the dose compared to the commonly used ferrous sulphate. Tested gluten-free. The iron content of each batch is laboratory-tested. Also suitable for vegans. Developed and made in Estonia.

Directions:

Preferably on an empty stomach, or with a light meal if needed. Avoid foods rich in calcium at the same time. If desired, the syrup can be mixed with your favourite juice or smoothie. Iron products may discolour teeth, which usually disappears when brushing. Use the syrup with a straw or rinse your mouth with water. Shake before use.
Daily dose:
From 6 months of age, daily or every other day – 10 ml contains:
25 mg iron – 179% of the reference intake for adults

Orange juice concentrate*, pear juice concentrate*, purified water, iron(II) bisglycinate
*Grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers

Warnings:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet! A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children.
Storage:
In a dry place, max 25 °C, protected from direct sunlight.
After opening, keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
