Traditionally used to help you fall asleep and for restful sleep. Traditionally used for its calming effect in times of stress and tension.

Tea: pour 1 glass of boiling water over 2 tbsp of the herb. Take 1 tbsp at a time, 3–5 times a day.

Tincture: 1 part herb, 5 parts vodka
