Use:

Juniper syrup gives food and drinks an interesting festive flavour. Its taste and aroma are especially associated with Christmas.

Juniper syrup is used to make trendy caffè lattes and espressos. Where caramel syrup is often added to coffee, try juniper syrup instead – we recommend it! Juniper syrup can also be added to tea, cocktails and alcohol-free mocktails. It is used much like maple syrup. LOODU Juniper Syrup is made from genuine Estonian juniper.

🍯 In the kitchen

  • Drinks – add to tea, hot water or even cocktails (gives a lovely foresty flavour)
  • Desserts – great on pancakes, porridge, yoghurt or ice cream
  • Seasoning meat – especially good in marinades for game, pork or lamb
  • Sauces – adds depth to sauces and glazes

  • after a hearty meal
  • in warm tea in the cold season

Handmade in Estonia

LOODU Juniper Syrup can be used in sweet and savoury sauces, meat dishes, marinades, baking and fillings. Also great with pancakes, in salad dressings, vinaigrette, rice pudding, in or on ice cream as a sauce, to flavour yoghurt, and in alcohol-free and alcoholic cocktails, where it can replace gin as an alcohol-free component, or in lemonades. It goes well with bacon, ham and tomato sauce, so it is interesting to use in pasta sauce. It can be added to hot tea as a sweetener. It is used much like maple syrup.

For a taste of juniper, the product can be taken by the teaspoon three times a day. Five teaspoons (25 ml) of the product contain 549 mg of Estonian juniper shoots. The bottle contains 244 g, and the product is made in Estonia.
