INGREDIENTS: Asian golden root (Rhodiola quadrifida).
DIRECTIONS
Pour one glass (200 ml) of boiling water over 1 tsp (2.0 g) of Asian golden root, leave for 15 minutes and strain.
Adults: drink 1/2 cup (100 ml) of tea twice in the morning with a meal.
Keep the prepared drink in the fridge for up to 2 days. Course: 2–3 weeks.
