Intenson Swedish herbs – dried 100g

Swedish bitters, also called Swedish tincture, is a bitter and a traditional herbal tonic, the use of which dates back to the 15th century. The tonic is claimed to cure a large number of ailments, and to aid digestion. These claims are presented with little in the way of scientific evidence to support them, though empirical evidence provides for a very large database of positive results.

Usage: 1 teaspoon tincture for one cup of herbal tea or water. Do not mix with milk.

Tincture recipe:

• contents of the package (100 g) pour 2 liters of alcohol 38 – 40%;
• shake the mixture once a day;
• after 14 days, strain and pour into bottles, close;
• tincture stored this way can stand for several years.
