Instant Chicory with Blueberry 100 g

Ingredients: powdered chicory extract (98%), blueberry extract (2%).

Instant chicory is a powder made from roasted chicory root that dissolves in hot water just like instant coffee.

It is used:

• as a coffee substitute
• as a caffeine-free drink
• sometimes mixed into coffee to soften its taste

The taste is:

• caramel-like
• a little “coffee-like”

How to use

Just like instant coffee:

• 1–2 tsp per cup
• pour over hot water or milk
