The scent is fresh, woody, slightly balsamic and coniferous.

1. Fresh breathing
   • Its fresh forest scent creates a feeling of easy, free breathing.
   • Suitable for steam inhalation or a diffuser.
2. Mood
   • The calming forest scent helps lift the mood and relax.
   • Suitable for a diffuser, bath water or massage oils.
3. Skin and muscles
   • Diluted in a carrier oil, it can be used for massaging tense muscles and joints.
   • Some also use it in skin cleansing, but with caution on sensitive skin.
4. Cleaning and freshening
   • Its fresh, purifying character makes it a good choice for a natural room cleaner or aroma oil.

Tips for use

• Always dilute in a carrier oil when applying to the skin (e.g. 1–2%).
