Milk thistle seed oil is rich in valuable bioactive substances: silymarin, phospholipids, macro- and microelements, vitamins. The oil is rich in mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (a source of omega-3), linoleic acid (a source of omega-6) and oleic acid (a source of omega-9), as well as vitamin E, one of the most powerful antioxidants.

Milk thistle seed oil is produced by cold pressing, which preserves all of its bioactive substances.

Directions

From 14 years of age, 4 capsules up to 3 times a day.

The maximum daily dose (12 capsules) contains 3.24 g of milk thistle oil.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
