VitaBoost is a true vitamin cocktail of Estonian power berries: rosehip, sea buckthorn, bilberry and blackcurrant. VitaBoost capsules are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C, A, E and B-group vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, fatty acids and amino acids.

SEA BUCKTHORN

Sea buckthorn berries are truly rich in vitamins, containing several A, E and B-group vitamins. One tiny berry contains as much vitamin C as a whole orange. They also contain carotenoids, flavonoids, antioxidants, minerals, manganese, boron, silicon, pectin and several unsaturated fatty acids.

ROSEHIP

Rosehip contains plenty of vitamin C and carotenoids, as well as vitamins E, K and several B-group vitamins. In terms of minerals, rosehips contain potassium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, calcium compounds and iron. Rosehip contains 50 times more vitamin C than lemon, and its iron content is comparable to that of strawberries. Rosehip is also rich in antioxidants.

BLACKCURRANT

Blackcurrant is a true vitamin C bomb that also contains vitamins A, P and B-group vitamins, pectin, carotene, iron, phosphoric acid and essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. 2.5 dl of blackcurrants contains as much vitamin C as a small orange. Studies have shown that the vitamin content stays more or less the same when the berries are processed and stored, which makes blackcurrant a valuable food supplement. Blackcurrant is also rich in antioxidants and contains a notable amount of flavonoids.

BILBERRY

Bilberry is known above all for its antioxidant properties. For example, half a glass of bilberries provides as many antioxidants as 4-5 glasses of any other fruit. Bilberry also contains vitamins A, E, C and B-group vitamins and folic acid, as well as essential minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, sodium, iron, zinc, iodine and chromium.
