Japanese fields are very different from those of other countries, due to their rounded pruning and their 4 individual harvests. Sencha is the most popular (75% of production) with different qualities depending upon the type of picking and preparation of the leaves. This Premium tea of jade green coloured needles, is grown exposed to the light in summer. The infusion may be served throughout the day, offering a flavour of great finesse, milky and soft, providing a refreshing sensation. Intensity: 4/10.

Pour over with hot water (at 75 degrees) and let steep for 3 minutes.
