Camelina Oil 100 ml

Camelina oil is a cold-pressed oil rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

It contains omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Linolenic and linoleic acids are essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself and must regularly obtain from food.

The oil is also rich in the natural antioxidant vitamin E.

With its spicy, distinctive taste reminiscent of radish and mustard leaves, it is excellent for seasoning salads, main dishes, sauces and vegetables, and as an ingredient in dressings.
