- when a purchase or order is made in our online shop (the online shop may ask you to voluntarily provide personal data and personal information in certain areas of the website. The personal data requested may include your name, address, postal code, e-mail address and telephone number).
The personal data we collect allows us to inform customers about Looduspere OÜ news, campaigns and upcoming events. Customers who do not wish to be on our newsletter list can unsubscribe at any time. All personal data of customers that becomes known to us when they visit the Looduspere online shop and make purchases is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data connection with the banks ensures the security of the buyer’s personal data and bank details.

Deletion and modification of personal data
Users have the right to request the complete deletion or modification of their personal data and account at any time.
- Requesting deletion of data: if you wish to remove your account and the related personal data from our system, please send an e-mail to that effect to info@looduspere.ee.
- Processing of the request: we will review the request and delete your data within 30 days of receiving it.
- Third-party applications (Facebook / Google login): if you have logged in with your Facebook or Google account and wish to remove the data of the linked application, you can do so in the settings of your Facebook or Google account (Settings & Privacy > Apps and Websites) by removing access to the Looduspere application, or by sending us an e-mail at info@looduspere.ee.
