Vitateka Lavender Essential Oil 100% 10 ml

Lavender essential oil has a calming, relaxing aroma that helps create a peaceful atmosphere in the evening, and it is versatile in cosmetic and body care.

How to use?

• In aromatherapy: add a small amount of lavender essential oil to a diffuser or aroma lamp. Start with a little – lavender oil is concentrated.
• On the skin or for massage: do not use at 100% concentration. Mix it with a suitable carrier oil, such as jojoba, almond or grape seed oil. With essential oils, it is sensible to start with a low concentration.
• In the bath: do not simply drip pure essential oil into the bath water, as the oil does not dissolve in water and may come into contact with the skin in concentrated form. Use a suitable emulsifier or bath product.
• In cosmetics: can be used in very small amounts to enrich a cream, hair care product or carrier oil.
