Ingredients:

• Purified water
• Chaga mushroom extract (Inonotus obliquus) 1:5
• Citric acid (acidity regulator)

Directions:

• Daily dose: 15 ml, containing 3 g of chaga mushroom
• Dosage: dissolve 1 teaspoon in 50 ml of water, 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals
• Recommended course: 3–5 months, followed by a 1-week break
