HOW TO USE

1. Rinse the crystals with water and add them in a ratio of 150 grams of quartz crystals per 3 litres of water.
2. Leave to infuse for 3 days, topping up with water as needed.
3. Drink at least 3 glasses a day.
4. Rinse the crystals periodically (once a week) to remove any deposits.
5. Use for drinking (at least 2 glasses a day), for washing, for cosmetic purposes to enrich toners, creams, lotions and masks, and for cooking.
6. This water is suitable for making teas and herbal teas.
7. It is beneficial for flowers, seedlings and pets.
8. To maintain the effect, it is recommended to replace the quartz crystals every 6 months.
