Milk thistle oil is a very rich complex of bioactive substances, including bioflavonoids, unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic and linolenic acid), carotenoids, vitamins A, B, E, K and antioxidants. The oil contains a special component – silibinin. Milk thistle oil is registered and used as a food supplement.

Traditionally used to support the liver and the digestive system and for general well-being. Can also be used externally for skin care.

Dosage: Take 1 teaspoon of oil 3 times a day half an hour before meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. For external use, apply to clean skin or a bandage moistened with the oil.
