Magnesium powder – 100% pure magnesium powder in the form of highly bioavailable chelated magnesium diglycinate. Magnesium is known to have a laxative effect. In chelated form, magnesium diglycinate is gentler on the gut.
Magnesium diglycinate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium suitable for the whole family, including children. Magnesium diglycinate is chelated magnesium. The amino acid chelate is digested only in the intestine, which optimises absorption. Using mineral diglycinates reduces the occurrence of digestive side effects.

WHY IS MAGNESIUM IMPORTANT?

Magnesium is the second most common intracellular cation (a positively charged molecule) in the body and is involved in more than 300 metabolic processes. An adult body contains about 25 g of magnesium, of which 54% is in the bones and 45% in muscles and other soft tissues. Although magnesium is found in almost all foods, magnesium intake has decreased in Western countries.

Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal protein synthesis, normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Using magnesium as a powder

The daily dose of 4 ml can be divided into two servings (2 ml x 2). Magnesium powder has a high pH, which gives it a distinctive taste. Mix the powder into a stronger-tasting juice or mineral water. A measuring spoon is included in the jar. With the measuring spoon it is also easy to reduce the daily dose if needed.
