Goose Fat 150g

Goose fat is a well-known natural remedy. Melted goose fat, warm but comfortable on the skin, is traditionally rubbed on the chest and the soles of the feet during upper respiratory illnesses. Afterwards, wrap these areas up warmly. Also suitable for babies.

Goose fat is also suitable for protecting the skin in cold and damp weather. Apply goose fat to the face and hands to create a layer that retains warmth and repels moisture. It also helps sensitive skin avoid frostbite.

Goose fat can also be used in cooking. Its baking and frying properties are above average; just make sure the temperature does not get too high so the fat does not burn. Its smoke point is 185–190 °C.
