Use

In a diffuser or aroma lamp: add 3–6 drops to fill the room with a fresh, revitalising aroma.

In the sauna: add 2–4 drops to a ladle of water and throw it onto the stove. Do not drip essential oil directly onto hot stones.

For massage: mix 2–5 drops with about 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g. almond, jojoba or grape seed oil).

In the bath: first mix 4–6 drops with an emulsifier (bath salt, honey or milk) and add to the bath water.

To freshen a room: add a few drops to a spray bottle filled with water, shake and spray in the desired room.
