Crushed Burdock Root 50g

In folk medicine, burdock (Arctium lappa) has been used to promote urination and sweating and as a blood-cleansing remedy. Burdock root is traditionally used to support digestion and the body’s natural cleansing.

Preparation: mix 1 tsp of burdock root with 200 ml of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes and strain. Adults: 1/2 glass (100 ml) 2 times a day with meals.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
