Blanched and finely ground organic almond flour. Natural, not deoiled. Erdschwalbe Organic Almond Flour can be used in many ways – the imagination knows no limits. You can replace up to 30% of the flour content with almond flour in all baked products. Almond flour can be used for breading meat and fish, or as an addition to muesli, yoghurt, or similar. It can be added to meatballs, meatloaf, veggie patties, etc.

Ingredients: 100% almonds from certified organic agriculture.
May contain traces of soy.
