Goldenrod has traditionally been used in folk herbal tradition to support the kidneys and urinary tract. All our tinctures are organic and handmade.

The genus name of goldenrod, Solidago, means “to make whole”, and the plant has been used since ancient times. In folk tradition it has also been used as a mouth rinse and gargle.

The tincture can be used both internally and externally: neat, diluted, in tea blends, creams, ointments, as an infusion or compress.

Internally: one course lasts 3 weeks, followed by a 5-day break; continue if needed. About 20 drops (1 dropperful) is one dose, taken on average 3–5 times a day; for general wellbeing 1–3 times a day.

Take in courses, diluted with water.

The final amount and number of courses depend on your state of health and individual characteristics.

When taking, avoid contact between the dropper and the mucous membranes of the mouth and tongue! Take the product so that the dropper does not touch the mouth when dropping, or drop onto a spoon.

Daily dose (3 doses): 2 ml of goldenrod tincture.

Ingredients: organic ethanol (certified organic grain spirit), goldenrod herb (Solidago virgaurea), structured water.

Tinctures can also be given to children by diluting a few drops (usually the child’s age + 1) in very warm water, which allows the alcohol to evaporate.

Externally: apply to the area or make a compress.

For hundreds of years, pure alcohol has been the medium that draws the essence of a plant into the bottle. We make our tinctures with Estonian organic grain ethanol, pure or structured (“living”) water and hand-picked Estonian goldenrod.

Storage: Keep in a dry, cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Use within 6 months of first opening. Make sure the cap is tightly closed.
