100% natural, rich in minerals.
14 sprays = 1 g of salt

Mayi salt is a natural spring salt extracted in liquid form from a depth of 1,300 metres beneath the Delice area of Kırıkkale, Turkey. Its salinity comes from underground rock salt formations. As it rises to the surface, the natural spring salt is enriched with minerals from the red soil, making it rich in minerals. Because its underground source is unaffected by environmental pollution, it is one of the rare types of salt free from microplastics and heavy metals. Without any refining process, it is dried in the sun in greenhouse-type pans using artisanal salt-making methods.

Mayi salt is a natural, unrefined spring salt that naturally contains minerals such as magnesium, potassium and calcium alongside sodium. Its spray form makes it easy to season food evenly with a small amount of salt.

A part of Turkey’s culinary heritage, Mayi salt is one of the rarest mineral salts in the world. It represents Anatolian salt and has quickly become a staple on many Turkish tables, earning the title of traditional Turkish salt. Mayi salt is suitable not only for marinating and cooking but is also used in beauty treatments.

Free from additives, Mayi salt gives every dish a pure and natural taste.
