Natura vegan Organic egg substitute is suitable for many popular recipes that are traditionally prepared with eggs, such as sponge cakes, pancakes, waffles, pasta, vegetable gratins and casseroles. It is not suitable for the preparation of scrambled eggs.
Use: 7.5 g (= 1 slightly heaped tablespoon) egg substitute powder and 30 ml of water replaces 1 whole egg.
