Alva Sea Buckthorn Eye Cream 30+, 15ml

Alva Sea buckthorn eye cream. This rich cream was specially developed to care for the sensitive eye area. The eye tissue is gently toned. Lines and the effects of stress on the skin are lessened. It feels particularly pleasant because of the addition of tapioca, bisabolol and cupuacu butter.

Sea buckthorn often grows by mountain streams and is found at altitudes of up to 5,000 metres. It is also, however, a pioneer plant in steppes and dunes near the coast, and is a decorative plangts in parks and gardens. It is distributed along the North Sea and Baltic Sea coasts, the Alps and the Carpathian Mountains in Europe as well as throughout wide areas of Asia into Siberia and China. The original habitat of Sea buckthorn is Nepal. Shifts during the Ice Age then led to it spreading across almost the entire globe. The seeds are also used for the production of high quality vegetable oil for skincare products or nutritional supplements as well as for fruit pulp oil, which is valuable in manufacturing. The Sea buckthorn fruit pump contains between three to five percent  oil. Sea buckthorn oils are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, have a very high proportion of carotene and contain practically all vitamins. Of course only Sea buckthorn oil from monitored organic farms are used in the Sea buckthorn series by Alva Naturkosmetik.
